SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer worldwide shipping to locations around the globe. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Custom 3D-printed items: Delivery typically takes around 21 days after payment.
- Non-3D-printed items:
- Handling time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage: 1–5 business days
- For faster delivery, USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 days) is available for an additional $50.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order here.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location. We offer options for both standard and expedited shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to assist you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@icedoutbuffs.com with your name and order number, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is defective or damaged, we will assist you within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Be sure to securely package your item to avoid any further damage during return shipping.
- Wrong Item Ordered: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items or orders made in error. Please carefully review your customizations before placing an order.
Restocking Fees
Hand-made glasses are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned.
Custom orders cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
No Returns for AFTERPAY Orders
Orders paid via AFTERPAY are not eligible for returns, but exchanges are allowed.
