Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Risk-Free Returns: We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for most items, including lenses, replacement kits, and accessories.
Made-for-You Items: Due to their custom nature, hand-made glasses are eligible for exchange or store credit within the 30-day window. A 20% restocking fee applies to refunds on custom glasses to cover our manufacturing costs.
Final Sale Items: The following items are non-refundable:
Extended warranties and lens insurance plans
Repair services
Genuine diamond services
Items purchased using Afterpay (see below)
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Starting a return is simple:

Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
We’ll Email You a prepaid return shipping label (for non-final sale items) and simple instructions.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging with all accessories. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a reduced refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund total.
Afterpay Orders: For orders paid with Afterpay, we are happy to process an exchange or issue store credit. Cash refunds are not available for Afterpay transactions.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We’ll cover the return shipping for any item that arrives damaged or is incorrect due to our error.
Warranty Coverage
Standard 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Your purchase is protected by a standard 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty covers issues stemming from faults in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
Extended Warranty (1 or 2-Year)
For added peace of mind, our optional Extended Warranty covers accidental damage, including drops, breaks, and scratches.
If you do not use your Extended Warranty within its term, you will receive 50% of its cost back as store credit.
To file a warranty claim, the entire product must be returned to us for assessment. Please contact our support team to initiate any warranty claim.
Products deemed damaged beyond economic repair will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and a solution (such as store credit) will be offered at our discretion.
