Return Policy
Please read our policies carefully. We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.
- Fee Hand-made glasses are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Processing Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Restocking fees must be paid before processing.
- Inspection Items are inspected for damage. If damage is found, a partial refund will be issued.
- Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Timeline Items must be shipped back within 3 business days after return approval.
- Exclusions No refunds on extended warranties, lens insurance, repair services, or genuine diamond services.
- Afterpay AFTERPAY orders are eligible for exchanges only; no refunds.
Warranty Policies
Covers manufacturing defects for 2 years from delivery. Does not cover physical damage or normal wear and tear.
Provides comprehensive coverage for the lifetime of your product. Protects against manufacturing defects and physical damage throughout the life of your glasses.
Final Notes
Extended Warranty Usage: The entire product must be returned in its original packaging.
Missing Parts: Products with missing parts cannot be returned unless confirmed by staff.
- Acceptable: Stepped on glasses with missing screws.
- Not Acceptable: Glasses run over by a lawn mower where only lenses/screws remain (considered beyond repair). In-store credit will be issued instead.
