RETURN POLICY

Please read them carefully. have a 30-day return window.

  • Hand-made glasses are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Restocking fees must be paid before processing a refund.
  • Items will be inspected for damage before a refund is issued. If any damage is found, a partial refund will be given.
  • Customer must pay for return shipping.
  • No refunds on extended warranties, lens insurance, repair services, or genuine diamond services.
  • Customers must ship the item back within 3 business days after a return is approved.
  • No returns for AFTERPAY orders. AFTERPAY purchases are eligible for exchanges only.

WARRANTY POLICIES

  • 2 Year Manufacturer Defect Warranty Policy
    
Covers manufacturing defects for 2 years from the delivery date (based on tracking number). Does not cover physical damage or normal wear and tear.
  • 1 and 2-Year Extended Warranty Policy
    
Covers physical damage. If the extended warranty is unused by the end of the term, you’ll receive half of the cost back as in-store credit.

FINAL NOTES:

  • To use your extended warranty, the entire product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Products with missing parts or only part of the glasses cannot be returned, unless confirmed by our staff. For example:
    • If your glasses are stepped on and screws are missing, that’s acceptable for warranty.
    • If your glasses are run over by a lawn mower and only the lenses and screws are left, we cannot accept this as the product is considered beyond repair. In such cases, we will issue an in-store credit for your next order.
