Icey-Trade-Up-Terms

1. Program Overview

This Agreement governs participation in the Ice Upgrade™ VIP Program, which allows Members to trade in previously purchased iced-out eyewear in exchange for appraisal-based credit toward new eyewear or related products available through icedoutbuffs.com.

2. Eligibility

  • Member must have purchased the original eyewear from icedoutbuffs.com or an authorized partner.
  • Frame must pass authenticity verification and physical condition inspection.
  • Member must have an active Lifetime Buffs Protection Plan to qualify for maximum trade-in credit.

3. Trade-In Process

  1. Member submits a trade-in request via the official icedoutbuffs.com portal or through Icey (AI assistant).
  2. Company issues a pre-paid shipping label for eligible items.
  3. Upon receipt, the Company conducts a detailed inspection and appraisal based on:
    • Frame condition and authenticity
    • Material composition (silver, gold, platinum, etc.)
    • Stone type and setting (moissanite, lab diamond, genuine diamond)
    • Model rarity and edition status
  4. Appraisal value is provided within 3–5 business days.
  5. Approved trade-in credits are issued as a digital voucher redeemable exclusively on icedoutbuffs.com.

4. Credit Terms

  • Credit value is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Credit must be redeemed within 180 days of issuance.
  • Credit cannot be combined with third-party discounts or promotions unless authorized.
  • Company reserves the right to adjust credit value at its sole discretion based on market demand, rarity, and condition.

5. Ownership Transfer

Upon acceptance of a trade-in, ownership of the submitted item transfers irrevocably to IcedOutBuffs.com.
The Member relinquishes all rights, title, and claims to the traded item once credit is issued.

6. Condition Policy

If the traded item is found to be counterfeit, altered, or damaged beyond reasonable repair, the Company may:

  • Decline the trade-in, or
  • Offer disposal or return shipping at the Member’s expense.

7. Member Benefits

Active Members with the Lifetime Buffs Protection Plan receive:

  • Up to 70% trade-in credit value
  • Priority access to new releases and NFT-verified drops
  • Free annual polishing & inspection
  • Dedicated AI concierge support through Icey

8. Limitation of Liability

IcedOutBuffs.com is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage during unauthorized shipping methods
  • Trade-in items not approved for credit
  • Fluctuations in appraisal value
