At 17 years old, a friend left a pair of big C wires in my car. My weed dealer wanted to give me an entire ounce of zaza for them. I broke bread with my boy that left them in my car—we split the deal. But that moment planted a seed.
I didn't know it then, but I was about to learn one of the most valuable lessons of my life: people will pay premium prices for authenticity, even when it comes in unexpected packages.


The Turning Point
At 19, I went to prison. It was serious. But it was also the moment that changed everything. Inside, I found my faith. I found purpose. I found clarity about who I wanted to be.

I went straight to the factory myself. I ditched the Cartier name and put my own logo on the glasses. I spent the next eight years building a brand where being honest with people wasn't just a gimmick—it was everything.
