  • What is IcedOutBuffs?
    At IcedOutBuffs, we specialize in crafting high-quality custom eyewear designed to make a statement. Our frames are made from premium materials like .925 silver, gold, stainless steel, platinum, and brass, and are paired with luxury-grade stones including A5 carbon-coated CZ, moissanite, diamonds, and natural gemstones.
  • Where are you located?
    We are an online-based brand, proudly located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Every pair of eyewear is meticulously designed and crafted with precision and care. We ship worldwide:
    • Custom 3D-printed items: Delivery typically takes around 21 days after payment.
    • Non-3D-printed items: 1–3 days handling time plus 1–5 days shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. For faster shipping, USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 days) is available for $50 extra.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Do you offer worldwide shipping?
    Yes, we ship globally. Costs and delivery times depend on your location and are calculated at checkout.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us at support@icedoutbuffs.com with your name and order number within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll assist you.

REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

  • Do you offer repair services?
    Yes, we repair eyewear purchased from us or elsewhere. Complete this repair form with details and photos of your frames to receive an estimate.
  • Can I send in my own frames for repairs or upgrades?
    Absolutely! We can add new lenses or hardware upgrades to your existing frames. Use this repair form to start the process.
  • What is your warranty on repairs and products?
    Repair labor is guaranteed for 90 days unless otherwise noted. For new frames, we provide a workmanship guarantee. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any fit or finish issues and we’ll resolve them promptly.

ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION

  • How do I place an order? 
    You can do it many ways:
    • Lens width (55mm–60mm).
    • Start a custom order by completing the form on the custom page.
    • Browse and customize your eyewear directly on the Custom page. Add your desired items to the cart, select customizations, and proceed to checkout.
    • For custom lenses (prescription or non-prescription), complete this form. Custom lenses take around 7 business days to complete after payment
  • Can I customize my glasses?
    Yes! Customization options include:
    • Lens width (55mm–60mm).
    • Frame materials and hardware colors (gold, white gold, rose gold plating for 3D-printed items).
    • Genuine horn temple color (white swirl, black swirl, premium brown).
    • Over 70 stock lens options.
    • Unique icing designs, engraving, or special touches.
      Note: Horn materials vary in processing levels, with premium brown horns being the least processed.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Production times range from 1–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order. Shipping times vary by location.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept:
    • PayPal (including guest checkout).
    • Cryptocurrency (including $BUFFS tokens on the Base blockchain).
    • Afterpay (split payments into four installments).
    • Custom invoices via PayPal with buyer protection.
    • Major credit and debit cards.
  • Can I pay via phone or receive a custom invoice?

  • Do you offer discounts or promotions?

NFTs & BLOCKCHAIN INTEGRATIOIN

  • What are the NFTs offered by IcedOutBuffs?
    Each handcrafted pair of glasses includes a unique NFT on the Base blockchain. The NFT serves as proof of ownership and can be used for authentication or resale.

  • How do I view or claim my NFT?
    Upon purchase, we mint an NFT and transfer it to your Ethereum wallet (Coinbase Wallet or MetaMask). Ensure the Base network is added to your wallet.
